With over two decades of experience and a passion for empowering individuals and organizations, Walter Anderson has forged a successful career designing and delivering talent development and change management solutions. As the CEO of ACT Performance Solutions, Walter aims to bring sustainable change to clients through coaching, training, and strategic interventions.
His background in government with the Department of Justice and Defense, the State of Texas, and Corporate America has provided him with valuable insights into navigating organizational shifts. In addition, Walter holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, which gives him a well-rounded understanding of the complexities involved in successful change processes. The results speak for themselves: under Walter’s guidance, countless clients have created cultures where employees feel empowered to do their best work. With his wealth of experience and dedication to guiding positive transformation, Walter is undoubtedly a trusted expert in his field.
