As the CEO of ACT Performance Solutions, Walter aims to bring sustainable change to clients through coaching, training, and strategic interventions.
His background in government with the Department of Justice and Defense, the State of Texas, and Corporate America has provided him with valuable insights into navigating organizational shifts. In addition, Walter’s academic foundation in management and human resources gives him a well-rounded understanding of the complexities involved in successful change processes. The results speak for themselves: under Walter’s guidance, countless clients have created cultures where employees feel empowered to do their best work.
